When working in the Digital Installed Base team, its role is to:Be the digital functional owner of its scope: understand the technical solution, be able to describe it to business and suggest evolutions to answer new request.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into comprehensive functional specifications.Collaborate with software development teams to communicate these requirements, agree on the solution, verify technical feasibility, and ensure alignment with project goals.Conduct thorough analysis of end-to-end processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Document user stories, use cases, and process flows to facilitate clear communication and understanding between business and technical teams.Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
