ARQUIMEA, we are a technology company operating globally and providing innovate solutions and products in highly demanding sectors.Our areas of activity are Aerospace, Defense Security, Big Science, Biotechnology and Fintech. Now, we're hiring a Functional Analyst, whose main function will be the lead and drive a sustainable transactional information alignment and integration along the whole Supply Chain, being able to capture requirements of the different business units and proposing integrative solutions.Main tasks and responsabilities:

Integration of our ERP modules with the PLM and with the design tools used for designing electronic instrumentation.

Lead global supply chain improvement projects for automating transactional processes that would enable to gain productivity, visibility and information reliability (PLM, WMS, MPS, etc).

Lead, drive and develop transactional knowledge organization across Arquimea.

Automate information flow along the whole supply chain. 

Assure supply chain and operational readiness, from the transactional point of view (marking, tracking tracing), to serve customers efficiently.

Liaise with Subsidiaries, users and IT for responding to, or driving, improvements requested by customers (internal or external).

Continuously improving systems towards increasing, reliability, efficiency and service.
Comply with Arquimea Policies, procedures and processes.
Required skills:
University degree in computer science.


Minimum 5 year experience in design, management, implementation and technification of:

Master Data, Transactional Processes (Design to Build, Manufacturing, Procurement to Pay) and logistics operations (inbound, warehousing and track and trace)

Systems integration throughout the supply chain, both internally and with suppliers and customers.



Knowledge deployment (experience acquired in teaching or senior consulting).
Knowledge in ERPs standard: SAP, Oracle, etc... Netsuite is desirable (manufacturing, purchasing and invetory modules).
Knowledge in PLM standard (preferably Duro).
WMS, TMS APS, SRM is desirable.
Experience in supply chain for the production of electronic boards and electronic instrumentation is desirable.

Proficient in English.
