Fullstack Team Lead

We are looking for a Fullstack Team Lead (remote) for a Web3-powered AI image remix layer. Location: Vietnam - REMOTE Personnel in charge: 2-3 developers Functions Manage and lead a team of 2-3 developers in Vietnam. Collaborate with the CTO (based in Korea) to align technical strategies with business goals. Oversee product development, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Code review, mentorship, and hands-on problem-solving with the team. Coordinate between the Vietnam team and our international teams (Korea & US). Ensure seamless integration of AI and blockchain features into our product. Requirements 5+ years of software development experience. Proficiency in the following tech stack: React, Next.Js, Typescript, HTML, TailwindCSS AWS, DynamoDB, S3, OpenSearch Git, NPM, Lint Experience managing a development team. Fluent in English. Familiarity with blockchain technologies. Preferred Skills and Experiences Korean language is a plus. Knowledge in blockchain front-end development (wagmi, viem, dynamic.Xyz).
