The successful candidate will be able to participate in design reviews and demos as part of the implementation meetings.Develop high-level/low-level Engineering design specs for the work they are involved in. Independent in designing and developing complex systems, web services, and integration with various end systems.Some development aspects will include:Software engineering using modern software architecture and patternsDeveloping new Enterprise Services in REST using the latest patternsDevelop various database schemas and complex SQL queriesResponsible for the development of unit testing specsSupport various testing cycles including integration, UAT & regression testingDevelop Microapps and Microservices to support APIsPerforms production support activitiesImplements authentication and authorization methods with human and non-human interfacesIncorporates application security best practices into the codeWhat We Look For in a Candidate:English proficiency (C1 / C2)Typically 10+ years professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience. 8+ years with a Master's DegreeProficient in front end UI development using Angular, CSS, Bootstrap, Vue.JsHighly experienced with back-end programming languages including Java/J2EE,JavaScript etcUnderstanding of databases including MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, HarperData structuring tools like XSD, XML, JSONExposure to Kubernetes, Docker or SonarQubeExperience with cloud message APIs and Splunk, Restful Web Services, Swagger APIKnowledge of code versioning tools such as GitHubAutomation tools including Maven / Jenkins / GoCDExperience with Agile software development lifecyclesFamiliarity with Devops automation tools such as Junit for test automationStrong people skills--Effective communication, interpersonal and analytical skillsTraining or experience which demonstrates familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologiesAbility to work in a highly collaborative and empowered environmentAdditional Skills: Splunk, AppDynamicsCondiciones:-Cliente: Segunda empresa de Telecomunicaciones más grande de EEUU.-Salario: Entre 65K y 70K + 15% de bonus.-Contrato: Indefinido directamente con el cliente.-Interesante paquete de beneficios sociales: seguro médico muy potente, comida pagada cuando vayan a la oficina, clases de inglés, plaza de parking gratuita, previa reserva a través de una aplicación propia.-Horario: flexible, pero que sean conscientes de que tendrán reuniones con compañeros en EEUU, que por diferencia horaria pueden ser a las 18:00h o más tarde, algunos días.-23 días laborables de vacaciones.-Ubicación: Méndez Álvaro (Madrid)
