Fullstack Developer Our opportunity
We are seeking a talented Full-stack developer to join our team and play a crucial role in addressing the specific needs of genAI in the insurance industry. You will be responsible for developing server-side applications, APIs, and databases while optimizing backend systems for scalability, performance, and reliability in support of innovative products and services.
Your role
As a Full-stack Developer, your main responsibilities will include:
Design and develop reusable server-side applications and APIs.
Develop and maintain databases and data models for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Optimize backend systems for scalability, performance, and reliability.
Integrate backend systems with frontend applications.
Demonstrate the ability to develop full-stack applications independently.
Conduct unit tests, ensure code quality, and maintain developed solutions.
Debug operational issues and perform root cause analysis.
Stay updated with the latest research and technological developments.
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging activities to ensure the reliability and performance of developed solutions.
Your Skills and Experience
As a Full-stack Developer, your skills and experience will ideally include:
3+ years of proven experience in backend or full-stack development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
Expertise in web development frameworks such as FastAPI, React.js, and Nest.js for Node.js/Typescript.
Know-how of database technologies such as MS-SQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with API management technology such as Mulesoft.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, and container technologies like Docker.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and ability to address specific genAI needs effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
