We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our busy real estate agency.
Tasks Main duties/responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of Administration that is required within the office.
Welcoming all visitors to the office.
Dealing with all phone and email enquires in a prompt and efficient manner.
Liaising with clients to assess their needs.
Marketing and advertising of properties - to include; arranging property schedules, window cards, sometimes uploading photographs and creating descriptions to new listings if the lister is busy.
Arranging appointments with vendors and providing feedback after viewings with our sales staff.
Requirements This demanding and important administration role requires a confident, self-motivated and dynamic professional who can consistently deliver with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team as this role requires the running of the office whilst sales staff are attending viewings with clients.
Our ideal candidate will be presentable at all times with an interest for property and previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
It is ESSENTIAL that they be fluent in both English and Spanish, other languages are a bonus.
