We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead that is predominantly Full-stack to join our Repayments engineering group; where progress and humility are valued as highly as technical excellence.
This role will lead a team that is focused on delivering exceptional user experiences to both our customers and internal users. Leading a team, you will work as a servant leader, coach and contributor within a team which places emphasis on high quality output using infrastructure as code, observability and monitoring, as well as automated testing in all environments, including production.

About Us This is a fully remote role, within the following time zone (UTC -1 / UTC+3).
Our engineers work remotely from locations such as UK, Europe and Africa.
You will be reporting to the group Head of Engineering.

Expertise Our expectations are that you would be comfortable working as part of a team which owns the entire software stack, including the supporting infrastructure, throughout the entire software lifecycle from inception, through production and right the way to decommissioning under a DevOps culture.
Additionally, you would need to have an extensive background working for a large-scale product and having deep knowledge and experience of trunk-based development, Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, Uni-directional data flow (MVI), Feature Toggles, Docker and Azure DevOps.

We are particularly interested in Senior full stack engineers/Team Leads with experience in the .NET stack as well as UI technologies including, but not limited to, SPA frameworks, traditional web stack (HTML + JS), Kotlin, MAUI etc.
