Kleo is in a phase of rapid growth , closing its second round of investment and now looking for a talented Fullstack Developer to join the team What will you do?
You will play a key role in the development and optimization of Kleo's platform using technologies like AWS , Node.js , NestJS , Next.js (React) , Rest , Tailwind , LangChain , pgvector and PostgreSQL .
You will help integrate AI and LLM solutions to automate financing workflows and enhance platform performance.
You will be involved in both coding and DevOps , contributing to the full product lifecycle.
You will collaborate closely with the team on third-party integrations , infrastructure optimization , and the ongoing development of automated systems .
What is Kleo looking for?
Seniority: Intermediate to senior level, with a passion for taking ownership of development from code to deployment.
Requirements: Experience in Node.js and/or a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
As one of the first team members, you will have a direct impact on the company's growth.
English: A real intermediate-high level , especially for technical communication (no formal certification needed, but the ability to understand and communicate technical information in English is essential).
Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office in Madrid (Cuzco area) and 3 days working from home.
