Detalles de la oferta

Personal, different, and kind.

That's the essence of Teamtailor.

And that's how we try to make recruiting a joy by giving companies tools to attract and hire the right talent.

To provide a caring candidate experience that will help people find their dream jobs.

50,000 people are hired through the Teamtailor platform every month.

With your help we can take that even further.

Towards a world where everyone wakes up and goes to work with a smile on their face.

Our product is shaped by our culture.

We think that transparency and collaboration leads to creativity and ownership.

That's how we work at Teamtailor and that's what we try to unlock for our users too.

We don't just accept difference — we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our culture and our product.

Our team comes from a wide range of backgrounds, and we're committed to equal opportunity and inclusivity.

As a developer in the Product team you will experience this first hand, every day.

We don't believe in micro-management (heck, we barely believe in management) or control.

We believe in alignment and autonomy.

In working together towards meaningful goals and empowering everyone in the team to make the decisions on how to get there.

We've been using the Shape Up methodology for many years now to help us support that.

We work in small teams of 3 — two full stack developers and one designer — that collaborate closely during a six week cycle to design, build, and ship the best possible solution to a project.

A project that has a clear goal, a rich context, and helpful constraints.

You can read more about the details in our post Building Teamtailor — How We Work in the Product Team.

And check out the highlights from one of our recent cycles to learn more about what types of projects we work on.

After the cycle we have a two week cooldown period split into two parts: Innovation Week, where we shift focus from shipping to collaborating on experiments.

The goal is to try new ideas together to learn and have fun.

Then, Improvement Week, where we tackle lots of different improvements in our user interface, codebase, and tools.

Small things that together have a big impact.

Then we are ready for the next cycle to begin.

We are close to 50 people in the Product team, distributed across Sweden, Poland, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, and Hungary.

An incredible group of caring and competent colleagues.

We work in a hybrid remote fashion, where everyone is free to work from wherever they want, but we believe in hiring in clusters and will prioritise candidates in locations where we have an office.

That way people can easily meet up when they want.

To work closely together in-person or just have fun.

We also invest heavily in this with our Workaway concept, where everyone on the team has a budget for self-organized team trips.

Team members have used this to meet up in places like Istanbul, Kraków, Ericeira, Amsterdam, Mallorca, and Stockholm to name just a few examples.

You can read more in our post Workaway in Portugal — Building Connections in a Distributed Team.

Here's what some of our colleagues have to say about working in the Product team at Teamtailor: "It's a joy to work in this close-knit team of passionate and talented people to build the best product for our users and their candidates." — Suzan Dil, Head of Product "As a part of the product team here, my role involves a variety of tasks, including working on different exciting projects through our cycles that aim to make our users and their candidates experience better.

At the end of every cycle, we have an innovation week where incredible ideas have the chance to come to life and become a part of the final product.

It all gives me the opportunity to express my creativity, collaborate with friendly and highly skilled colleagues, take on important responsibilities, all while thoroughly having fun.

" — Viktor Ceginskas, Full Stack Developer "Joining Teamtailor recently, I was really impressed with the onboarding process — from receiving an email two weeks in advance with the detailed schedule for the first working weeks to having a Teamtailor academy where you can learn everything about the product.

And, fun events where I got to know my new colleagues better, for example, by playing the Pétanque game.

As soon as you enter the Stockholm office, you will meet the kindest team in the whole HR industry.

I joined a team of four, finished one small project, and started working on a larger one.

So what can I say? My journey to the Ruby on Rails world started, towards Rails mastery." — Julia Dizhak, Full Stack Developer Is this right for you?
