What you will do: Evaluate and develop improvement opportunities throughout the company that lead to benefits and generate value for Volotea, with a focus on Fuel.Contribute to the control and improvement of the main indicators of the Fuel Efficiency and Ops area in general.Carry out management and continuous improvement of Volotea's processes, controlling the operability of the Fuel Efficiency area and optimizing it.Manage the relationship with external efficiency suppliers, as well as the implementation and continuous improvement of their projects in Volotea.Liaise with internal stakeholders for reporting of results and presentation of opportunities.Financial control and projections of the company's fuel consumption, as well as deviations versus budget.What you will need: Aeronautical Management or Engineering background (Aerospace, Environmental).1-3 years experience in Aviation management is required. Exposure to fuel efficiency techniques, aeronautical regulations, or operational procedures is desired.Experience or knowledge on sustainable aviation will also be valued.Demonstrated abilities in gathering information systematically, grasping complexities, perceiving relationships between factors, and root cause analysis.Goal-oriented and proactive mindset.Proficient in MS Excel and/or other data analytic programs.Excellent English written and oral communication skills.What do we offer: CULTURE: thriving, positive, and collaborative environment, where your voice matters.
