What You Will DoReception, qualification, and prioritization of incidents, questions, and service requestsHandling disruptions in Onsite Support (including user contact)Advising users on questions about our DWS platformSupport in the staging processWhat You BringCompleted training in the IT fieldConfident handling of MS Office, ticket systems, Windows, and mobile devices (iOS and Android)Ability to work reliably, self-organized, and flexibly in a fast-paced environment with high customer and service orientationWillingness to work outside of normal working hours and on bank holidays (this is economically compensated)In addition to Spanish, good knowledge of English.
Some German knowledge will be highly valued
