.Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison, Rheumatology Mid-Atlantic region.This is a field-based position located in the Mid-Atlantic United States.Geography can include, but is not limited to Great Plains Territory AR, MO, NE, IA, KS, MN, ND, SD, WI and portions of MI and TN.At Johnson & Johnson, we believe health is everything. Our strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build a world where complex diseases are prevented, treated, and cured, where treatments are smarter and less invasive, and solutions are personal.The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison, will lead Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement through developing and maintaining relationships with current and future thought leaders, including Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Biologic Coordinators. This will result in the management of an assigned region.This Manager will be responsible for leading KOL Strategy and executing engagement activities and events as part of the brand strategic plan. Responsibilities include:Partner cross-functionally throughout the organization to oversee and execute regional and national KOL engagement plans.Lead engagement strategy between in-house Marketing, Field Selling, and partner with medical affairs for delivering on Rheumatology specific deliverables.Successfully and compliantly exchange knowledge, gather insights, and build advocacy with Key Opinion Leaders.Interface with KOLs through office visits, Society/Medical Congress meetings, or at Advisory Boards.Lead regional and National Rheumatology Medical Congress engagement and education planning and attend assigned Congresses.Identify and help to recruit approved candidates for Marketing Advisory Boards and oversee content development, approval, and capture feedback to meet Marketing strategy objectives.Manage Promotional Speaker selection and communications for assigned geographical coverage.Provide insights and learnings back to marketing, medical and/or sales, as appropriate and within compliance guidelines.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement.Skills and Experience Required:A minimum of 7 years of related industry experience.Experience with customer relationship management.Strong track record of success as demonstrated through annual performance ratings and/or professional accomplishments and awards.Demonstrated ability to directly or indirectly lead teams required.Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel in a cross-functional team environment.Advanced presentation skills and business acumen.Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business situations and identify trends and creative business solutions.Advanced problem solving, and decision-making skills.A valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States
