Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to oversee a sales and business developers team, ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients across the Iberian region.
He/she will be responsible for driving sales, managing the financial performance of their portfolio of clients, providing leadership and guidance to the team, and fostering strong client relationships which result in business growth.
Sales and Business Management Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets, revenue generation, and profitability goals.
Foster a proactive sales culture and promote cross-selling opportunities across accounts, PDS services, and industry verticals.
Identify key market trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities to better position JLL in the marketplace.
Monitor financial performance metrics, driving accountability and identifying areas for improvement.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
Escalate EMEA and Globally successful local relationships and becoming a client ambassador within PDS-tétris structure.
Team Leadership and People Development Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations, and providing guidance and resources required for success.
Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, ethics, and excellence.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, enabling their professional growth and development.
Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development needs to enhance team capabilities
