At ING we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our Social Media Team of CoE Brand Experience.
The responsibility of this team is supporting the entire content and social media strategy and our way of working is passionate and honest.
Your key responsibilities: As a Social Media Specialist you will: Help in the definition and execution of the (mainly) non-commercial content strategy.
Define useful and attractive audiovisual content for our different communication channels.
Create content schedules.
Coordinate content production and management with external partners.
Prepare reports and monitoring reports and results.
Coordinate and assist the team of community managers.
Participate in the design and management of crisis communication plans.
Develop brand campaigns on social networks.
Review and validate content, both textual and audiovisual.
Translate insights from business tribes into pieces of content relevant to our audiences, both clients and non-clients.
Create briefings for creative teams and agencies, preparation of feedback and iterations.
Align paid media strategy to reach social media objectives.
