Ubicación: Madrid, Madrid provinciaDescripción completa del empleoThis role is based in our Madrid office 4 days per weekReporting into the Head of Production Spain, the role is to coordinate the postproduction workflow and deliveries of all projects from the slate as well as to be the key contact between OPD and marketing internal department.The post should work within departmental guidelines; especially everything related to materials and results. Be close with and give support to the OPD Postproduction Supervisor. Other responsibilities include following the post-production processes including delivery, reports, and QC.Aims of the jobWork closely with editorial department to fulfill the materials request for marketing and press campaign.Coordinate the needs from the internal marketing team.Monitor the status of the deliverables and QC situation.Continually provide status of projects through post-production processes.Monitor post-production processes to fulfill Disney standards.Be able to handle Disney production tools for archiving documents.Duties as part of the roleAssist post general schedules.Work with Disney internal departments to establish good practices for post materials.Assist all departments during post-production and delivery processes.Assist and control the archival process.Be aware of QC processes.Able to give access to the different Disney approved tools: Pix, Aspera, Frame IO, Box.Review credits.Coordinate internal and festival screenings.QualificationsEnglish language: Proficient!Postproduction expertise.Detailed knowledge of technical aspects and results.Proven track record in Post Production of high-level series (scripted or unscripted) or in other streaming platforms is a plus.Skills RequiredTechnical skills to understand the needs of all Post Production stages.Experience in Scheduling, Post Production workflows, Deliveries.Technical knowledge.Critical thinking.Experienced knowledge and practice in postproduction. Ability to counsel daily regarding postproduction from final deliveries' perspective.Experienced knowledge and practice in postproduction processes and schedules.Experienced knowledge and practice in deliveries materials.Strong social skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to lead and prioritize instructions from multiple sources, and work to deadlines on multiple projects at the same time.Detailed knowledge of technical aspects and results.Proven track record in Post Production of high-level series (scripted or unscripted) or in other streaming platforms is a plus.The Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
