NTipo de Posición: Non-ManagementPOSITION PURPOSEThe Sales and Marketing Coordinator will support a highly motivated Sales and Marketing team by assisting them with planning, coordinating, and facilitating sales and marketing activities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSCoordination: Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of strategies.Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, handling and organizing marketing expenses and invoices, data entry, etc.Market Research: Conducting market research to identify trends and potential opportunities for sales and marketing efforts.Campaign Assistance: Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and assisting in social media management and other promotional activities.Data Management: Maintaining customer databases, sales records, and marketing materials.Sales Support: Providing support to the sales team, which may include creating presentations or preparing sales reports.Analytics: Generating and analyzing reports on sales and marketing performance.SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESCommunication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for coordinating between sales, marketing, and other departments, as well as interacting with clients and guests.Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and projects efficiently is crucial for success in this role.Administrative Proficiency: Competence in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and managing databases is important for smooth operations.Team Collaboration: The ability to work well within a team, collaborating with sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve common goals.Adaptability: The hospitality industry can be dynamic, so being adaptable to changes and new challenges is valuable.Attention to Detail: Precision is essential.Market Research Skills: The capability to conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer preferences, and stay informed about the competitive landscape.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data management, marketing analytics, and customer relationship management (CRM).Languages: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace and in the segmented markets: English and Spanish are required.
