We are looking for a leader who can combine technical expertise with a pragmatic, product-driven, and business-focused approach.
This role will report to the Head of Engineering and operate as part of the Technology team, unless the Employer determines otherwise.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership:Lead a team of Frontend engineers by example, setting high standards for code quality, performance, and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Frontend development trends, tools, and technologies.Team Management:Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the Frontend engineering team.
Mentor and coach team members, helping them grow in their careers and achieve their goals.
Provide direction, guidance, and training to their team; manage the onboarding plan of new employees and ensure consistency around practices, tools, and technologies used inside the team.
