Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Head of Cloud and Operations with a passion for cloud, technology, and AI, and a drive for growing and scaling team and processes to join and lead our Cloud & Operations team. This is a full-time position based in Stockholm.
What you will be doing: Lead and manage the Cloud & Ops team across all key functions (cloud engineering, DevOps, ops, support) - bring senior technical leadership and experience as well as everyday management. Take personal ownership of all development and operations for the team and ensure that all work meets user and commercial objectives, is delivered on time, to budget, and to the quality standards agreed. Work with the CTO, Head of R&D, Head of Explorations, Chief SW Architect, and technical leads across DevOps, Ops & Support, to deliver a clear technology infrastructure strategy to support our products and services. Manage and grow the team - be the coach and mentor helping in personal and professional growth, identify and build/enhance processes, scale, and expand the team. Ensure modern best practices are being adopted in terms of Infrastructure Architecture, Continuous Delivery and Integration, Deployment, Security, Operations, and 1st to 3rd level Support. Continue the journey of building cross-functional agile teams (squads) working across areas such as Product Management, Innovation, R&D, DevOps, Customer Success, and Customer Support - increasing innovation and accelerating the rollout of features and enhancements to our users. Manage and coordinate all Cloud and Ops projects and deliverables across all functions, especially overseeing the overall coordination as part of the wider Products & Technology services and products. Work with team members and leads within Cloud and Ops - coaching and assisting team members with a pragmatic and hands-on approach in projects and squads.
