What are we looking for? We currently have an open position for a Frontend Architect(hands-on) with extensive and proven experience in frontend technologies, especially React, who wants to develop their career within the Development area at GFT.

Your main responsibilities will be: While your tasks will depend on your profile and experience, in general, the main functions you will perform with us include:
Define and implement architectural components alongside the team, ensuring effective integration with tools like Polaris or AG Grid, and managing and extending existing libraries. Actively participate in coding, balancing architecture and development tasks. Lead and manage development teams by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and reviewing work. Perform code reviews and suggest improvements. Maintain a strong focus on delivery. Participate in different phases of the software development cycle. Skills will help you to succeed: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineer or related field. Extensive experience in frontend technologies and Frontend Architecture, especially in React. Strong knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks (ReactJS, Angular2+, VueJS, LitElement, etc.). Willingness to work with agile methodologies. Understanding of the design and development tool ecosystem. Professional level of English (C1 level is a plus). Soft skills: Leadership and the ability to manage teams, assign tasks, and track progress. Teamwork and communication skills, promoting a continuous flow of knowledge. Proactivity in finding new solutions and improvements. Commitment to constant learning and staying updated within the digital IT sector.
