As a receptionist trainee, your main mission will be to create lasting memories by providing an extraordinary experience for our guests through genuine and uncomplicated service with the highest standards in the hotel's areas.

In the preopening period, you will have the opportunity to participate in the implementation and development of the standards of the department to ensure guest and employee satisfaction, focusing on continuous improvement and working to exceed departmental and hotel goals.

After the opening, you will collaborate with your colleagues to create a unique and original experience for our guests, working with your team as an active brand ambassador to deliver authentic and sophisticated service, and create a successful business.
