The Hotel

Duties Assist in checking in guests in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names whenever possible.Arrange for luggage to be delivered to guest rooms.Issue correct keys to guests.Assist in checking out guests at the end of their stay.Ascertain guest satisfaction, collect keys, post late charges, and present bills to guests.Maintain a balanced bank assigned by the hotel.Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.Interact with guests in person and by phone.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and management.Assist in escorting all guests to their rooms.Support the Fans of MO guest recognition program and ensure the growth of enrollment and quality of program execution.Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.Assist Guest Relations colleagues during their days off or holidays to connect with the guest and learn more about their stay and how their experience is in the hotel.Be punctual at all times and adhere to general hotel rules strictly.
