**What we are looking for**:
The job of** Front Office Night Auditor **is successfully executed when:
- All nightly audit-related duties are conducting while operating the hotel front desk systems for PBX, reservations, and check-in/check-out in accordance with hotel standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and safety and security.
- Front desk related departments are well running during the night and with responsibility.
- Ensures that energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.
- Maintains good communication with all colleagues in own team and other departments on matters that may affect in any way the operation of the hotel and the well-being of guests.
**Usual job responsibilities include**: ensure guests security and comfort at all times. Day end closing is done properly. Process guest registrations, including the computation and collection of payment. Perform nightly balancing of all services to ensure proper posting to property management system. Provide guest assistance whilst ensuring compliance with all front office policies, procedures, standards, and satisfaction of guests' needs. Know all emergency procedures, hotel promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, upcoming events, and briefs direct subordinates accordingly so that all Front Office team members can answer guest requests and questions.

**Requisitos**:
La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:
- Conocimientos de Opera PMS.
- Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.
- Alta orientación al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
- Hablar español e inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
- Conocimientos y experiência de al menos un año en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
**Requirements**:
The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities:
- Opera PMS knowledge.
- Openminded, EU Citizenship and studies suitable for the position.
- Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.
- Speak Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
- Knowledge and experience at least 1year in 5 star/luxury hotels.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
