Front Office Manager Or Duty Manager

The Operations Manager/Hotel Resident Manager leads and guides the team to achieve revenue goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring all activities align with the hotel's standard operating procedures. She/He works closely with management to develop staff, implement brand standards, and enhance the hotel's presence within the community, while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

The job scope is in all aspects of property operation:
Guest Service, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Accounting, and Admin Operation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
Leadership: Inspiring leadership skills to lead, train, and encourage team members.Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, and effective customer service skills.Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, as the hotel/operations manager must interact with guests and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Cost/Budget Control: Acumen to manage cost items of the property.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Five years' solid experience in Front Office Operation, or Duty/Resident Hotel Manager.
Preferably a local of La Union. Applicants from Manila or nearby towns/cities who are willing to relocate are welcomed to apply.
