As Front Office Manager, you are responsible for the reception area at the club.
You possess a talent for organization, are able to motivate others, and are committed to quality management.
Along with your team, you ensure that nothing goes amiss for our guests from arrival to departure time.
You hold everything together behind the scenes while also being the bright face in the foreground.
Responsibilities: Manage the reception area and ensure high-quality service for guests.
Motivate and lead the front office team.
Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes.
Maintain organization and efficiency within the reception area.
Qualifications: Experience working at reception in a first-class hotel establishment.
Experience in managing people.
Knowledge of using the "Protel" system is preferable.
Ideally, language communication skills for the respective country.
