Role Overview As a Front Office Manager at ROBINSON, you will be in charge of the reception at the club resort. Your role involves being an organizational talent, motivator, and quality manager. You and your team will ensure that our guests are completely taken care of from arrival to departure. You will be the radiant face of the resort, holding the strings in the background.
Responsibilities Your responsibilities include:
Ensuring all activities in the front and back office run smoothly.
Optimizing contingent capacity utilization and managing direct bookings.
Being the first contact person and a role model for your team.
Supporting other departments during events.
Working in Beautiful Destinations As a Front Office Manager, you will work in stunning vacation destinations. Our club resorts are located in beautiful areas, directly on the ocean or close to ski lifts. You will cooperate with colleagues at the club and the headquarters in Hanover, as well as travel agencies and representatives, while being a cordial conversation partner for our guests.
Qualifications For your new job as a Front Office Manager, you should bring your passion and the following:
Experience at the reception of the upscale hospitality industry.
Ideally, knowledge of protel.
Fluency in the respective country's language is desired.
