Ensure accurate billing, oversee cash handling procedures, and support the Finance Department. Develop and control department budgets, striving for cost efficiency without compromising quality. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Conduct regular performance reviews, address performance issues, and celebrate achievements. Champion Accor training initiatives and support staff career development. Customer Focus: Deliver efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
