Job Description Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Manage and optimize Front Office operations for an outstanding guest experience. Supervise guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs. Collaborate with Housekeeping to uphold room cleanliness and productivity goals. Ensure public areas maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. Financial Oversight: Achieve financial performance targets for revenue, expenditure, and market share. Ensure accurate billing, oversee cash handling procedures, and support the Finance Department. Develop and control department budgets, striving for cost efficiency without compromising quality. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Conduct regular performance reviews, address performance issues, and celebrate achievements. Champion Accor training initiatives and support staff career development. Customer Focus: Deliver efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests. Lead by example in creating memorable customer interactions and resolving challenges. Implement Accor's customer vision: "Offer the Best Service to Our Customers."
