Duration: 6 - 12 months MANAGEMENT TRAINEE IN FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT - RESPONSIBILITIES ?
Handling reservation inquiries, making bookings, modifying existing reservations, and managing room availability ?
Performing various front desk tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing payments, and issuing room keys ?
Assigning rooms to guests based on their preferences, room availability, and special requests ?
Ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings by following established security procedures ?
Participating in training programs and workshops to develop skills in areas such as guest service, communication, and problem-solving ?
