Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome ?
Performing and administering check-ins and check-outs ?
Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties ?
Processing guest payments ?
Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice ?
Accommodating general and unique requests ?
Understanding all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, and promotions ?
Communicating with all departments to fulfill guest requests ?
Handling complaints & diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests ?
