The hotel delivers a fantastic food and beverage product with Mobius Bar Grill located on premise - a relaxed and flexible environment, serving in house and external guests.Job DescriptionPullman Sydney Airport is currently seeking a Full Time Front Office Assistant Manager to join our luxury property boasting 229 rooms, an Executive Lounge, Mobius Bar Grill and 4 versatile conference rooms.
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, our Assistant Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel.Acting as a role model for the Front Office team.Drive loyalty sign ups in line with AccorHotels regional targets, hotel specific targets and associated initiatives.Leading by example when attending to guest requests, being proactive and resourceful.Taking initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and productive.Providing guidance, supporting training and leading the team.Actively resolving guest complaints and challenges.Assisting with check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered to.Assisting other areas of the hotel during peak times when needed.Being responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members.Maintaining a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel.Always upholding Accor and Heartist values Pullman brand standards.QualificationsExperience in a similar role in a hotel.Confidence and the ability to approach people to initiate conversations and build relationships.Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and high level of energy.Time management and multi-tasking skills.Experience in Fidelio or Opera PMS; hotSOS is highly preferred.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per business demands.Unlimited work rights in Australia.Additional InformationAdditional InformationAt Accor, we believe HOSPITALITY IS A WORK OF HEART!By joining Accor, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow's hospitality.
