We are now looking for a Front Office Agent to join our Customer Service Africa team.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing Plannings, Orders, Deliveries and Collections with maximum efficiency and client satisfaction, following the processes and internal rules of GBfoods.
ResponsibilitiesOrder reception and creation in the system.Alignment of those orders with forecast.Manage orders and deliveries according to closing expectations.Reception and management of complaints.Export documents handling.Direct contact with Shipping Lines for booking management, solving issues and opportunity identifications.Control of loading plans and alignment with production plans in factories (Spain, Belgium, Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal).Interaction with Customers and Country Managers.Co-working with Back Office and Demand Planning.Participation in supply chain projects.What can you expect from us?This is a great opportunity to join a big team in a multicultural and modern environment.
