Front Line Engineer

FRONT LINE ENGINEER(2 days/week home office)
As a Front Line Engineer, you will contribute to a thriving sales team while delivering world-class customer service through various customer channels such as telephone, email, live chat, and instant messaging. Provide timely resolution for general and potentially complex inquiries to decide on the further processing of business transactions based on defined processes. Support order entry-related support to customers and sales teams, managing and optimizing customer inquiries for timely completion.
What is the job about?Provide primary support for day-to-day and escalated inquiries regarding the Order-to-Delivery process and tools.Support incoming complex orders to ensure fast, accurate order management aligned with world-class customer service.Contact customers or internal stakeholders to resolve missing order data during entry into SAP for complex orders.Assist customers with order progression and supply chain issues.Work proactively with Finance on credit control for dispute/invoice query resolution.Utilize SAP/BW reports for SAP housekeeping, daily routines, customer satisfaction, and profitability.Support customer order changes and interactions with external sales, finance, and the supply chain.Promote digital tools to customers using templates like GPC, MyGrundfos, and Extranet.Consolidate shipments for complex project sales when necessary.Ensure extra documentation for handling export sales, record customer complaints, and manage product returns.Create material master data and analyze statistical data to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.Plan and prioritize work tasks to maintain service delivery standards.Apply broad knowledge and deep technical/business understanding across the functional area.What do you need to apply?Mechanical, hydraulic, electrotechnical, thermomechanical engineering degree or equivalent work experience.Recent graduates in engineering are welcome.Previous experience in customer services is preferred.Strong organizational skills and accountability.Familiarity with MS Office applications.Good communication, networking skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in written and spoken English.
