As a Frontend Engineer, you will work in one of the multi-disciplinary Core Domain teams implementing and improving new and existing functionality of the platform and supporting its integration and management through our existing systems. You will use your experience and knowledge to support architectural decisions together with the software architects, play a part in the selection of new technologies as well as join us in the journey redesigning our frontend architecture. You will also be responsible for reviewing the work of your colleagues as well as supporting your team members.
What you will do: You will be a member of the workforce driving architectural changes against the productYou plan, develop and improve the Player platform with a very high degree of ownership ("you built it, you run it") on a continuous delivery basisDesign and implement interfaces to other high availability systemsEvaluate the use of new technologies, architectures and frameworksCollaborate closely with software architects, product owners and stakeholdersBe a part of a highly collaborative agile processYou enjoy working in different tasks, challenges and being outside of your comfort zoneWho you are: Have a great expertise in standard frontend technologies, HTML, CSS, SASS/LESS/StylusFamiliar with front-end build tools, such as Babel, Grunt, Gulp, WebPack, Rollup, TypeScript (tsc) etcHave good understanding of asynchronous request handlingHighly familiar with agile development and continuous deliveryEnsure high quality standards.
