Key Job Responsibilities:
You will:
Work with the customers in the Payroll space to understand and disambiguate their problems.Work in small agile teams that take ownership of design, implementation and support and value good engineering practices such as design documentation, unit testing, continuous integration and code reviews.Utilize expert level coding skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and React.Code and review code of your peers to implement the solution.Write automated unit test cases.Experience in using software development tools and frameworks for testing, version control and issue tracking.Improve the quality, performance, and stability of frontend codebases.Analyze the user experience and build professional high performing user interfaces.Work with React, React Native, and Android.Utilize strong knowledge and expertise in styling.Work with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and databases.Effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.Think abstractly and deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems.Design, build and deploy scalable, highly-available systems.Communicate effectively with diverse customers and audiences, across multiple disciplines and teams.Minimum Qualifications:
1. Experience with object-oriented design.
2. 2+ years of professional non-internship experience with front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
