As a Software Frontend Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the frontend architecture of our software applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and product managers, to design and implement scalable, high-performance frontend solutions that meet the needs of our users and business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving technical innovation, optimizing performance, and ensuring the maintainability and extensibility of our frontend codebase.
What you will do:
Architectural Design : Lead the design and implementation of frontend architecture for web and backend for frontend, ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry best practices, and scalability considerations.
Technology Evaluation : Evaluate emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and make recommendations for adoption.
Coding Standards : Establish coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for frontend development to promote consistency, maintainability, and code quality across projects.
Performance Optimization : Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance the speed, responsiveness, SEO, and efficiency of frontend applications.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions, provide architectural guidance, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Mentorship and Leadership : Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to frontend development teams, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Quality Assurance : Establish and implement processes for frontend testing, code review, and quality assurance to ensure the reliability, stability, and security of frontend applications.
Who you are:
Experienced in frontend development, with a strong emphasis on architecture design and implementation.
Solid understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Great understanding of HTTP protocol traffic routing and access management.
Proven track record of successfully leading frontend architecture initiatives and driving technical innovation.
Experienced with Agile development methodologies and practices.
Familiar with backend technologies and architecture patterns.
[Nice to have] Experienced with CMS Enterprise solutions.
