The Role: We are looking for a Front-End Architect to join our development team in Spain. In this role, you will collaborate with our product team to craft beautiful, innovative, user experiences with a focus on usability, cohesiveness and accessibility, while ensuring modularity and performance in code. You'll collaborate with back-end engineers to define and refine data models and APIs to ensure efficiency, security, and reliability. Our team is focused on creating innovative, user-friendly, and accessible tools and services that make a real difference in how developers and development teams collaborate and focus.

What you'll bring: 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on front-end development Deep understanding of modern web application architectures and design patterns, along with their tradeoffs Expertise in the web platform: HTML, CSS, DOM, and Web APIs Experience building modular, composable UI components with libraries like React or Vue, or Web Components (Lit, FAST) Highly proficient with Javascript/TypeScript including ES6, Node.js, and NPM or Yarn Strong history of collaborating with designers and providing input on the user experience Experience migrating to new technologies as the web evolves Understanding of accessibility practices (WCAG, WAI-ARIA) Proficient with front-end tooling such as CSS processors (LESS, SASS, or PostCSS), bundling tools (Webpack and esbuild), and CI/CD automation Experience with Git and GitHub Bonus points: Experience building shared component libraries and/or design systems Knowledge of data visualization tools like D3 Experience with Figma Experience with localization and internationalization Experience with Electron How you'll be rewarded: Excellence — Competitive compensation with annual performance-based pay increases
