Hours: Mondays 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (one-hour lunch break)
Tuesdays 8:00 am to 6:30 pm (one-hour lunch break)
Wednesdays 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
Responsibilities Role Overview: As the Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be our patient's first and last point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and a positive customer experience. Your duties include managing online bookings, answering calls and emails, processing payments, scheduling appointments, and supporting practitioners.
Key Responsibilities: Manage online booking and charting systemsGreet patients and staff warmly, answer calls/emails, and handle paymentsCoordinate appointment scheduling and practitioner calendarsMaintain office setup, including prepping and cleaning treatment roomsHandle phone and email correspondence, data entry, and office suppliesSupport practitioners with patient file updates and room preparationBill insurancePersonal Qualities: Warm, personable, and team-orientedPositive attitude and professional demeanorDependable, detail-oriented, and health-consciousProfessional Skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational abilitiesStrong communication skills and tech-savvyAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAssist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directionsRespond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important informationEnsure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocolOrganize company trips and handle employee travel itineraries to ensure off-site events go wellQualifications: Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skillsAt least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant experience, or similar preferredHigh school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalentComfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situationsExcellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skillsCompensation: $22 hourly
