Hours: Mondays 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (one-hour lunch break) Tuesdays 8:00 am to 6:30 pm (one-hour lunch break) Wednesdays 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Responsibilities Role Overview: As the Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be our patient's first and last point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Your duties include managing online bookings, answering calls and emails, processing payments, scheduling appointments, and supporting practitioners.
Key Responsibilities: Manage online booking and charting systems Greet patients and staff warmly, answer calls/emails, and handle payments Coordinate appointment scheduling and practitioner calendars Maintain office setup, including prepping and cleaning treatment rooms Handle phone and email correspondence, data entry, and office supplies Support practitioners with patient file updates and room preparation Bill insurance Personal Qualities: Warm, personable, and team-oriented Positive attitude and professional demeanor Dependable, detail-oriented, and health-conscious Professional Skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Strong communication skills and tech-savvy Ability to work independently and collaboratively Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol Organize company trips and handle employee travel itineraries to ensure off-site events go well Qualifications: Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant experience, or similar preferred High school diploma, G.E.D.
or equivalent Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills Compensation: $22 hourly We are a woman-owned and operated acupuncture clinic.
