The ability to take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions are key attributes for success in this position.

Good organizing skills and building relationships are essential.
You are a driven real estate agent with an interest in sales and are good at building relationships.

As a real estate agent, your responsibilities will include: Identify and contact buyers that want to buy their dream home in Spain.Ongoing contact with buyers and sellers during the sales and purchase process.Identify and manage new properties to be sold.Create long-term customer relationships.Find and attract new potential clients.We are searching for someone who: Is sales-driven, organized, and good at building relationships.Speaks French and English; other languages such as Spanish, Swedish, Dutch, German, or Polish are an advantage.Has a driving license.It is an advantage if you are registered in API and have completed the education.Has good local knowledge of the southern Costa Blanca.Has previous experience within the real estate business on this coast and a proven track record of sales, which is a huge advantage.Has the ability to take initiative and enjoys working independently while being a part of a bigger team.What we offer you: Freelance position with commission.The ultimate environment and opportunities to succeed and sell.An extensive database of clients and leads.A central and versatile role in our sales team.A nice office in La Zenia, just south of Torrevieja City.Good development opportunities.One of Sweden's largest agencies and most well-known brands.The area you will be working in is Costa Blanca South from Alicante to Pilar de la Horadada, including Gran Alacant, Guardamar, Ciudad Quesada, Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, and Torre de la Horadada.
