French Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist - Hybrid BarcelonaLocation: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €22,785 gross/year + up to €2,734 gross/year in bonus.
Purpose of the Role: As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll partner with new clients to help them launch their first online advertising campaigns, making a significant impact on their business. This role is target-driven, focusing on individual and team objectives.
Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers.Identify and understand customer needs and objectives.Drive increased spending, upsell opportunities, and ensure campaign sustainability.Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls.Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.Strong drive to meet or exceed targets in productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and proposal writing.Good time management skills and ability to organize your own workday.Strong analytical skills.Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goals.Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Native level of French and high level of English.Additional Information: Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).Hybrid working model based in Barcelona.Permanent contract.Relocation package includes accommodation in a nice individual studio, support with private health insurance, and 2 to 4 weeks of intensive training on products and sales strategies.Office location near the sea.* Please note relocation to Barcelona is Mandatory
