Your Responsibilities:You will provide response and resolution of users' inquiries within the SLA.You will have the opportunity to work on additional tasks connected to keeping up the service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction, e.g., translations, website functionalities.You will follow all processes and procedures of the project and escalate potential service issues to management.That's You:You are a native speaker in French, have fluent English (spoken and written).You are passionate about the high-end luxury fashion industry.You are empathic and enjoy communicating with customers while providing a solution to their request.Ideally, you have previous experience in the e-commerce business.You are creative, outspoken, and eager to learn.You enjoy being part of the team.You feel comfortable in fast-paced environments and easily adapt to changes.Ideally, you have experience with payment and fraud management.Hours and Benefits:Shift: 25 hours/week (rotative) from 10.00h to 20.00h Monday to Friday.Salary: 12,179.48 Euros gross/year + up to 1,282.05 Euros gross/year in bonus.Ongoing training.Start date: Immediate.Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked).Why Apply?A large variety of discounts with our partners.Free weekly and after work activities.New and modern office in the center area.We promote intercompany mobility to work at any of our sites around the world.
