Plus, great **English **communication.- Degree in Business Administration and Management it's a plus.- At least one-two years experience in Administration.- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Salesforce, Autobank,Smarteye is a plus.- You're detail-oriented and can take initiative- Positive and resolutive.- Experience with the automation of credit to cash processes.
**Your day-to-day**:- Help solve any issues or questions that a customer might have.- Work closely with the Credit to Cash Manager.- Build strong relationships with customers.- Make sure that proper financial measures are taken for collections.- Manage a portfolio of customers.- Provide support in accounting closings.- Process incoming payments either manually or by improving the Autobank regulations.
