Position DetailsRole: Customer Service Representative
Project: Automotive Digital Services
Language Requirement: German (C1-native)
Start Dates: 8th January 2025 & 29th January 2025
Location: Braga, Portugal
Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotational days off per week.
Contract Type: Permanent (3-month probation period).
What You'll Be DoingProvide top-tier customer service to users of digital automotive services.Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).Ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and empathetic communication.Accurately log customer interactions and follow up to ensure problem resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.What We're Looking ForLanguages: German fluency (native-level preferred) and proficiency in English is an asset.
Skills & Competencies: Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to adapt to different shifts and work in a remote setting.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service, contact centers, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: 830 EUR gross/month (14 months).
Performance Bonus: 100 EUR gross/month (12 months).
Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per working day.
Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month.
Position Bonus for Braga: 20 EUR gross/year.
Totaling: 14,008.72 EUR gross/year plus a performance bonus of 1,200 EUR/year.
Health Insurance: Available from day 1 with an employee contribution. Free after 6 months of employment.
