You're passionate about events and get a thrill out of exceeding clients' expectations. You love working with people and it's mutual because people love working with you. You're personable and approachable with fantastic listening skills, but you're also a planner with ninja-level organizational abilities and a knack for managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

What you'll be doing

Create anevent managementdatabase and all related travel booking including the issuance of documentsfor all participants
Keep participant lists updated at all times
Keep our customers updated on progress
Generate emailing's for the event: invitation, follow-up, final confirmation emails
Propose travel itineraries to participants
Provide support on day of event and update attendance information postevent
Must haves

(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)
Experience in the event industryas a participant manager, abooking or travel agent or similar
Native/fluent French
A valid work permit for the country you are applying for
Excellent knowledge of database management software
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Nice to haves

Proficient ineither event management database such asCVENT,Atrium,Evenium orKEY4
Organized and rigorous
Skilled at managing priorities and taking a proactive approach toproblem-solving
Great listening skills and able todigest information
