French Customer Support Agent

To be successful in this role you need: C2 level of French Fluency in English or Spanish Previous customer facing experience (B2B or B2C) Prior experience in multi-channel customer support Experience working within a metric and target focused work environment Excellent listening and communication skills, written and verbal Strong attention to detail Temporary 38,5h/week contract with high possibility of becoming permanent. Monday to Friday shifts: 9h-18h or 11h-20h Salary: 20.000 € gross/year 3 paid week of training.
