French Customer Support Agent

Our company employs around 420.000 people working in over 265 dialects and languages, in 88 countries, operating across all business sectors and all continents on behalf of major international companies.Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for French Customer Support Agents.RequirementsTo be successful in this role you need: C2 level of French Fluency in English or Spanish Previous customer facing experience (B2B or B2C) Prior experience in multi-channel customer support Experience working within a metric and target focused work environment Excellent listening and communication skills, written and verbal Strong attention to detail Benefits Temporary 38,5h/week contract with high possibility of becoming permanent.
Monday to Friday shifts: 9h-18h or 11h-20h Salary: 20.000 € gross/year 3 paid week of training.
