Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mailTrack and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely mannerMaintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brandProvide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwordsSet-up repairs for hardware-related issuesEscalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
What you will bring:
Fluency in French (minimum C1) and Advanced English knowledgeFamiliarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is a plusGreat communication skillsPrior customer support experience would be an advantageStrong troubleshooting skills
