What Youll Do: Handle client inquiries and provide solutions to their issues in French. Communicate effectively with internal teams and international clients in English. What Were Looking For: Fluency in French (spoken and written) and a good level of English. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a plus but not mandatory. Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
