We are looking for a French and Flemish Speaking Account Manager to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.
What we offer you: Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 Competitive salary and performance bonus Great office location in Malaga Friends hunting (referral) bonus Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working on Career development program and specialized courses Opportunities for a career abroad through the Webhelp International Mobility Program What you'll experience at Webhelp: As an Account Manager in our team, you will: Manage partner forecasting/partners performance by tracking tools Be responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rate Be responsible for a portfolio of partners and to develop their business sell out, growth and margin Understand partner market and competition and evaluate reseller interest in BU solutions Define resellers target of BU Share of wallet, growth rate, program qualification/certification, identify gaps and define actions how to close gaps.
Grow BU with partner through joint planning Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products Ensure partners are meeting BU Partner Program Requirements and are taking advantage of promotions, events & programs Detect and provide transparency of qualified opportunities and take actions to close them with partner & support partners to close big deals when necessary Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI We'll be a great match if you: Are native or proficient in French and Flemish Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritization Are able to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions Have two years of related technical sales experience preferred Have experience in working in Channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors is a plus Share our values of commitment, unity, integrity, recognition, and WOW Don't meet every single requirement?
