Management of air cargo shipments from start to finish, meeting customer needs and company policies. Coordination with airlines, handling agents, suppliers, carriers, and offices in the rest of the world. Coordination with other departments: customs, commercial and pricing. Negotiation of rates and spaces with airlines, carriers and suppliers in general. Track shipments, keeping systems correctly updated. Shipping billing management and control, including cost forecasting and control. You will work as a team with your colleagues from your center to achieve the company's objectives. (Valuable training in Foreign Trade). 3 years of previous experience in the sector (air – freight forwarding) is essential. Experience in Cargowise C1 will be valued. Teamwork ability. Attention to detail, proactivity and autonomy. Ability to work under pressure by establishing priorities. Problem solving and ability to work autonomously. Sense of responsibility and integrity. Medium/high level of the English language is essential. Good use of office tools. Communication skills. Availability to work from: 09:00 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday.
