This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.
Position: Freelance Tech Recruiter
Location: EMEA
Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice
Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates (no base salary!)

RESPONSIBILITIES:Source, attract, and engage top tech talent for various technical rolesConduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fitBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing channelsWork directly with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to drive successful recruitment placementsManage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiationEnsure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processMaintain candidate databases and provide regular updates on recruitment activitiesCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed.REQUIREMENTS:Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacityDeep understanding of technical roles, skills, and market trendsFluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a strong advantageExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub)Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionFull availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri GMT in line with UK officeImportant: you have your own access to LinkedIn (Minimum) Sales Navigator and have circa 10,000 connectionsGreat time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities.BENEFITS:Benefit from a superb commission package (30-50% on all placements)Embrace the freedom and flexibility of fully remote work from anywhere in the world and managing your own scheduleDive into various industries and work with diverse, mainly white-collar clientsJoin a collaborative and globally based virtual team environmentEnjoy the smoothness, fairness, and clarity of collaboration with David Kennedy Recruitment.** Please demonstrate your experience in the above; otherwise, your application may be rejected automatically. **
